In various nations, most stores and goods are identical. Some people believe that this is an optimistic tendency, while others consider it a pessimistic one. In this essay, I will discuss both perspectives and conclude my personal view subsequently.
Some popular perspectives suppose that similar shops and products would confer substantial benefits thanks to time and close management. Regarding the former, identical stores located in multiple areas offer the popularity, customers would enter any nearby stores without long distances and extensive searching because every shop is the same. For instance, minimarts named Vinmart sell the same products across every area, saving time for dwellers. With respect to the latter, every mall retailing the same products would foster the management of the government thanks to the uniformity. Their authorities implement consistent regulations and laws suitable for all stores, simplifying the oversight process.
Meanwhile, others believe that this tendency would have various repercussions due to the lack of professional ability and diversity. Training every seller to gain sufficient knowledge about various products may be impractical as each individual has distinct capability. The lack of understanding about goods may act as a precursor to various consequences such as misinformations. Besides, selling similar products in identical shops would limit the diversity of shopping, affecting clients’ opportunities to purchase. Consequently, this monotony may decrease public interest, ultimately reducing revenue for the stores.
In conclusion, although people believe that same shops and products would confer abundant advantages in terms of time and close management. However, I am convinced that this is a negative development due to the lack of professional expertise and diversity.
