In the digital age, addiction to using gadgets is becoming more common in modern society. Although using devices may provide convenience and efficiency benefits, as well as being a necessity in modern life, negative mental and physical effects are also being experienced by frequent users.
Comfortability and indispensability are the fundamental causes of increasing the rage of active users of device. First of all, nowadays people may struggle with complex tasks within tight deadlines, if people know the basic information of technological tools, they can complete tasks that would normally take months or even years in a much shorter period of time. For example, students who have fundamental knowledge of using modern Ai systems, they are able to gain a large amount of new and necessary informational resources in a fraction of the time rather than just spending time for searching relevant data through traditional methods, such as searching through books. Moreover, using gadgets in modern society is important for various sectors of the country therefore both younger and older generation must have a sophisticated understanding of modern digital technologies. For instance, in Uzbekistan, local administrations invest money in technology ministries, which provide additional lessons on using modern devices in educational institutions. As a result, a large proportion of teenagers acquire a deep understanding of up-to-date technology. All in all, people may become more addictive of using modern devices after facing these two factors in their life.
The basic effects after using long period of technological tools are problems in quality of mental and physical well-being. In the digital age, more and more people suffer from negative feelings because using modern technology do not access humans’ feelings and emotions. Consequently, they may face issues in improvement the level of cognitive skills. For example, if teenagers chat with each other they are not able to improve their communication and adaptation abilities which essential for employment, recently professional doctors prove that people who habitually operate digital devices have significant risk of isolation and depression problems. In the present time, young generation experiences the detrimental effects of serious physical diseases due to the fact that people do not need to extra activities for completing their daily tasks therefore their organism adapt to stay in comfort zone. A clear example is that, in USA majority of youngsters suffer from obesity and diabetic illnesses which are caused by a sedentary life style. This is particularly common among teenagers who spend several hours a day using digital devices instead of engaging in physical activities.
In conclusion. While people have great access to both private and public sectors and minimize their daily tasks by using digital tools, it also brings problems with obesity and unimprovement cognitive skills.
