Everybody is imagining to get a remote job without going to the office because it can be saved traveling charges and the time while others think that working at the office can be done more tasks. I strongly believe that some works should do at home or everywhere that you wish and some are more effective by working at the office.
There are many advantages by working remotely especially time and expenses. Firstly, it can save the time in going to office and we can manage our time precisely. When we go to the office, we can face many issues such as traffic conditions and other vehicles problems. Secondly, remote job can be worked by using online tools such as telegram, viber and zoom applications which can improve our professional skills. When we work an online job, we need to know that how to use online applications and at least we should have basically knowledge about these tools. So, we have to learn to understand how to use it and it will be raised our self – improvement. Moreover, office rental fees can be reduced by implementing work from home system which can mitigate environmental impact like generating carbons from the generators and air conditioners.
On the other hand, some gaps may be faced between working at the office and remotely. Some business men and managers do not want to allow work from home system because it can be challenged their authority and they concern that tasks are not completed. For an instant, some employees are boring isolation by working at home and some may not be work at home. Moreover, some people should control under the authority to be done their responsibilities. I think that if we do not manage our time well and we do not have self-management, we should work at the office under managing the team leader or manager.
In conclusion, I completely confirm that some jobs such as collaborating with a team should be conducted at the office while some are worked as a remote job such as online marketing, video editing and other online jobs.
