In many countries, the life expectancy rate has grown due to a good lifestyle. But the question arises whether weather ageing population will create problems for the government. I believe that the life expectancy rate is high in developed countries. As the lifestyle and availability of resources are more compared to other countries. Japan, Hongkong, and Monaco have high life expectancy.
Firstly, it can be seen if the government is incapable of providing resources to the people that can create a problem. But mostly it is an indicator of economically good support by the government to the resident public. The old generation can be helpful as they have experience of life may help young people too.
On the contrary, it may also cause problems for the government if the old population surpasses the number of the younger population. Every country must have more working population. As the burden of an old population is carried by the young population. To maintain the economic balance it is necessary to have more young population. So, in some cases, we can find the ageing population creating problems for the government.
It can be concluded that there are bought advantages as well as disadvantages to having an ageing population. It has a positive impact till the young population is comparatively more. If it becomes vice-verse many problems may arise. So it depends on the circumstances whether it is a boon or curse to the country’s government and the young population residing in that country.
