Indeed, the development of society is gradually affected negatively by offense. Thus, the best solution for addressing this problem is creating a lucrative business environment. Besides, the government and the concerns should work together to create conditions for everyone working. Thereby, incentivizing people to invest is a crucial element to mitigate unemployment. Furthermore, the level of joining in criminal action will also ease.
