Nowadays, environmental problems have become a serious global issue. In many countries, the number of animals and plants is decreasing rapidly. I completely agree that this is happening mainly because of human activities and immediate actions are required to solve this issue. This essay will discuss two main causes and two possible solutions.
Firstly, habitat destruction is one of the major reasons for the decline in wildlife. Forests are cut down for agriculture, housing and industrial development. As a result, many species lose their natural homes and cannot survive. For example, large areas of tropical rainforest are destroyed every year. Secondly, pollution and climate change significantly affect plants and animals. Air, water, soil pollution damage systems, while global warming changes weather of the planet. For instance, rising temperatures cause ice to melt, undangering species. Therefore, human impact on the environment is the most cause of global loss.
One effective solution is to protect natural habitats. Governments should create more national parks and wildlife reserves. Strict laws against illegal hunting and deforestation must also be enforced. For example, countries that invest in conservation programs have successfully increased. Another solution is raising public awareness and promoting sustainable life.As a result collective efforts can significantly reduce environmental harm
This essay argued that habitat destruction and pollution are the main causes of declining animal and plant populations. I believe that government and every person work together, this environmental problem can be effectively solved
