Over the past several decades, the economic instability in countrysides has led to migration issues, which has a direct effect on the lives of people in major cities. This paper will attempt to examine the causes of the issue and identify ways of dealing with it.
There are key several factors responsible for
migration issues. The main cause is the lack of job opportunities in the countrysides. Often bacause of the ignorance from the goverment side, people living in small towns or in countryes struggle when searching for suitable jobs, which then creates overpopulation and high rent prices in major cities. Secondly, the lack of entertainment outisde the big cities. Simply the existence of places to walk aroud or have fun matters a lot. Third factor is the educational purpose. A considerable amount of migrators are the students, and the rise in number of them may cause inconveniences for townspeople. Such situation could be seen in my own country, in countryside regions like Aktobe people tend to migrate to bigger cities like Astana or Almaty because of these factors.
Even though migration has become a serious issue there are useful measures that could be implemented to solve it. The job opportunities problem could be handeled by creating more projects and businesses in countrysides, and making them beneficial for investors. This would make more vacansies for villagers and create a competetive labor market. Owners of cafes or amusement parks would be more invested and therefore there would be more places for people to spend their free time. Third factor related to education might be solved by the example of universities in the United States of America. Universities in there are equally placed across the country, which makes sure that there won’t be problems with overpopulation in each city.
Taking everything into account, it is clear that there are a number of causes forming a migration issue and inconveniences for townspeople. It is also clear that there are number of ways to solve each problem and most of them rely on the goverment of each country.
