Usually, depending on which school parents choose to let their child to, we can predict some kinds of difficulties that will happened to student afterwards. In fact, I agree with those who believe that children going to single-sex schools meet with some sorts of disadvantages later in their life.
To begin with, a school is an imitation of society, namely social relationships in a particular country, depending on where it is stated. It means, for those who left single-sex schools it could let to a shock, since, if it is not a Muslim country, where society is sharply divides the worlds of both sexes and every school is single-sex, rules of the life differ. For grown-ups, getting used to the new living conditions can be troublesome and eventually lead to psychological disorders.
The second reason flows smoothly from the previously named. I hold the opinion that lack of presence of people of other sex will harm student’s sociality. Not knowing how to act and feel in presence of opposite sex most likely will lead to loneliness and anxiety. Despite the fact that now, we can get any useful information and advice from the Internet; still, many will not succeed in socializing, since communication skills can only be obtained in real life.
In conclusion, not only a shock from a sharp change in paradigms of life, but also inability to communicate successfully with people of opposite sex makes life of alumnus from single-sex schools harder and less comfortable. Therefore, parents should act responsible about deciding the type of schools for their children, and, if they still choose specific ones, then fully take responsibility in preparing their children for future difficulties
