It is true that In many countries, traditional foods are being replaced by international junk food, leading to debates about which option is better. While some people believe that fast food is a good choice due to it save time, I strongly agree that cultural food is the better option and i will analyze my perspective below
On the one hand, convenience food saves time because it eliminates the need for meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Many people have demanding work or study schedules, leaving little time for home-cooked meals.Hence, this instant food is a reasonable remedy for people with hectic schedulesschedule. For instance, office workers can quickly grab a sandwich or burger during a short lunch break instead of spending time cooking
On the other hand,l definitely think that traditional food is a smart decision because it represents heritage value. Traditional dishes reflect a country’s history, custom and way of life, passed down through generations. This plays a critical role in festivals and family gatherings. For example, Chung Cake in Vietnam isn’t only a dish but also be a symbol of Lunar New Year in Vietnam.Additionally, traditional food are typically healthier than fast food due to the fresh and natural ingredients with balance nutrition, such as vegetables, fresh meats,…Those ingredients make this dishes both nutritious and flavourful. For instance, Vietnamese Pho,with appetizing broth and rice noodles, rare beefs and fresh herbs is a cultural dish in Vietnam being one of the most well-known noodle around the world.
In summary, while convenience food is a practical choice for stress-working people, traditional food remains the better option as it preserves cultural identity and promotes a healthier lifestyle. FROMor my perspective, people should prioritize traditional meals due to its nostalgic flavour and its reflect your cultural heritage inside the dish
