Undoubtedly, in different countries all over the world wages for some occupations higher than wages for other types of jobs. And some people argue that wages for all types of works should be nearly in same amount. So several people believe that this is unfair to earn different amount of money through people.
My opinion is exactly different from this kind of thought. Because the value of jobs are highly different, and they have clear aspects of each job. Firstly, financial benefit for country, company or institution depends on the type of job for example, if you are a software developer you can earn millions of dollars for the company after which the company can promote and pay bonus for your work, but if you are an accounter, you take the same wage through years and you are not responsible to increasing income of organization which means that you may cannot earn as much as IT programmer.
By the other side, for me, it’s exactly fair to get different wages depending on the type of job. Whereas, it depends on how much work and study, you did in the past for instance, doctors, teachers and software and hardware developers are well paid jobs, with high level of responsibility, with huge amount of depressing and with some risks. And the people who got in these spheres need at least 5 years of tough work to get professional of their jobs. While in other some kind of jobs, you are not responsible to spend many years to get professional.
In conclusion, I want to notice that if you are qualified employee with good experience. You can earn unlimited amount of money despite the type of your profession.
