Learning at University is a must for everyone including every person who not taking advantages of their study knowledge to used it in their professions. I totally agree with this statement because study in university will makes someone open minded and build social connections.
On the one hand, there are two main factors why every person should to learn in university. First of all, it will makes people open minded in every situations. In university people not only learn about basic knowledges of their major backgrounds, but learn about critical thinking, social issues, and developt their behaviors. It makes someone more ready to blend in society and understand about diversity. As a result they not easy to judge other who different ideas or point of views. For example, in Jakarta ABC University, they accepting students from various religious and ethnic backgrounds and learn students to tolerant about this conditions. As a result, students have an open mind towards others with different backgrounds and perspectives.
On the other hand, a person who takes advantage of the opportunity to study at university is more likely to build bonds with others and create a network of connections. They not just learn about a formal knowledge but possible to join with other informal activities and make some communities and personal bonds. Someone with many acquaintance of friends are more likely to create opportunities in the future because it means expand future assistance. For example, one of famous actor in Indonesia called Gibran have more potential in music and creates many relationship with different communities when he was learn in University. As a result, it was easier for him to get a promotion at his job because he had more friends helping him.
In conclusion, learning at university not only growth our knowledge but it more possible to makes us to be more open minded and open our opportunities with creates social bonds and connections.
