Some people think that everyone should go to university, even if they do not need that education in their job. However, I disagree with that statement, because not all jobs require degree, hence it will be just waste of money and time, and alternative forms of education can be a way better option for them.
Many works, such as electricians, mechanics, plumbers and others do not require higher education. Therefore, it can be easily taught by alternative forms of education, such as online courses, vocational training, independent education and so on. University degrees are not essential for them, instead it can increase stress and burnout.
Studying in university is not easy, commonly tuition fee is too expensive and unaffordable for lots of students. Surely studying in university can develop some useful skills, but there will be lots of unnecessary information, that requires lots of time and effort to learn. Therefore, there is no need to go to university, if people’s jobs does not ask for this diplomas.
In conclusion, higher education is very beneficial and useful, but no one should force people to go there, especially if they do not need it in their future profession. Going there will be just waste of money and time, hence taking some vocational trainings and online courses are better options for those people.
