Nowadays, most of the youth out there, after completing their academics are unable to find their work. There are several effects observed which can cause to the society and as well as to that individual. However, there are multiple solutions which can be implement in society to solve the problem. All of them are listed below.
Initially, there are multiple reasons for which the younger people cannot find their jobs such as, their outdated education system, there are many schools and colleges out there who focuses much more on the theory rather than the practical skills and by having such characteristics of education system, this might result in the deterioration of student’s marks. Subsequently, lack of work experience is another major cause in society, as there are many employers who prefer experienced candidates, and if any individual have no work experience, it may cause unemployment.
Secondly, it could effect on our economic growth also, the reason being is, if the young people remain unproductive it can cause to the society. After that, there would be arise in financial difficulties on that individual’s financial status, as there would be dependency on parents, and that younger one will unable to fulfill their family needs.
Lastly, there are various steps that can be measured to avoid the unemployment, for instance, government should update the curriculum according to the industry needs, also they can organize career fairs, seminars and workshops, which can lead to upsurge in employment. Individuals can also take some steps like, they can improve their communication skills and can learn about some problem-solving skills.
To sum up, youth should improve their skills and government should organize some public welfare, also there are various solutions, through which unemployment can be avoid.
