In many countries around the world, young generations tend to move from their countryside to developed cities to seek the opportunities for their career and study. From my personal perspective, this phenomenon will provide young people with numerous advantages rather than downsides.
On the one hand, moving from the countryside to modern cities has numerous advantages to young individuals. First of all, with the better infrastructures and facilities that are associated with some specific fields such as transportation or internet connection, young people will definitely seize this convenient opportunity to work and study for their future career. Next, there will be more chances in the job market. For instance, many companies and businesses are looking for young candidates, who are dynamic and hard-working, to develop their field such as working as a private tutor or a waiter. This will also be an opportunity for the young generation to gain more experiences and knowledge in life or their major. Lastly, they can find it easy to get a job with a high salary. For instance, they can work as a translator if they are interested in language, private tutor if they love children, or content creator if they are into sharing stories and information. These jobs are totally suitable to young individuals and they can be paid with a high salary.
On the other hand, despite these benefits, studying and working in enormous cities will also be a challenge for everyone, especially young people. Firstly, currently, many young individuals such as students are facing the high living cost, including clothes, groceries, and entertainment. To afford it, young people have to do part-time jobs and work overtime to get a higher salary, which can literally lead to some serious health issues.
In conclusion, while moving to and living in cities offer young people with a number of cons related to health and the living cost, it is an opportunity for young people to learn, explore and gain more experiences for their future career.
