a number of youngsters are spending their time on social media instead of interacting face to face. From my perspective, it is a negative development while it has a significant bad impact.
There are a considerable proportion of young individuals spend their time on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Therefore, a number of drawbacks they need to suffer in their lives. The first and foremost disadvantage is deprived of precise education. In other words, youngsters who are obsessed on social media, they tend to be absent in their regular class. Consequently, they cannot gain cognitive knowledge from teachers. Furthermore, children who are addicted on social media, they tend to lose their confidence. For instance, when anyone interact with others by face to face, they tend to be efficient in communication and can deal diverse circumstances. Conversely, young people who do not interact face to face, rather prefer social media chat or video calls, they suffer from lack of confidence. What is more, overuse social media is a major cause of mental issues. To illustrate, by using social media, people suffer from monotonous, anxiety, and headache.
In contrast, people who prefer direct conversation, they can be efficient and can build a strong relation with others. Moreover, by interacting directly, people can accomplish a significant general knowledge which is not possible by using internet. Meanwhile, by improving direct communication skills, children can lead a better life in future. To articulate, when they enter their professional career, they can achieve monumental tasks with this skill. However, their physical and mental health improve by adapting with nature.
To sum up, by using social media, youngsters need to navigate several drawbacks in their life, while by interacting face to face, children can reinforce their several abilities.
