Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

The long-cherished tradition of people living in traditional houses, in many modern life, become increasingly rare. While individuals that are choosing to stay in tiny buildings become more every day. I firmly believe it constitutes a largely positive development, chiefly due to its help to save money and its more comfortable than big, traditional houses.

The most reassuring consequence of live in a tiny flat is that it is best way to save money for the another things. Because small apartments are cheaper in content and in terms of cost. For instance: eating, electricity, cleaning and repairs require less money and time. As a result, people can spend that money and time to the another beneficiary, compared to the individuals who waste a lot of time for the contain of the building.

A further advantageous implication is the diminutive units are convenient and comfortable, than those that are very big. It’s easier to maintain order in it, and all the necessary rooms are closer to each other. For example, people can clean a small house much faster and keep it organized without spending a lot of time and effort. This results in having more time with family, which is important in improvment of family bonds. Also, life becomes less stressful, because of saving a lot of time and effort for huge houses.

In conclusion, the growth of having small flats rather than large ones, can rescue from domestication and store more energy and time for more productive life. Given these beneficial consequences, I regard this trend as a positive development, as it upgrade not only mental health but also relationship with family.
