Nowadays, many countries have an issue of lack of housing places and it is available for building them only in the rural areas, however, some people think that protect countryside is more significant than building homes. In my opinion, if the only available area for building houses is in the country side, the government should build new homes.
Firsly, building new facilities may improve infrastructure of coutryside, and give local residents better job prospects and new work places with better financial rewards. If the government decide to build new homes, they will also build new amenities for those people, and high probability that the government will employ local workers because local people known each other and may communicate with new residents. For example, if new neighborhood area needs new school, old school will destroyed and replaced with new big school, as a result, staff of an old school will have career progression in new school and better pay.
Secondly, people that lives in the village spend a lot of time on commuting, and building new houses in the rural regions can solve this issue. There are vatiety of situation when people from village needs amenities from another city or town, and in many cases rural areas are far from cities, as a result, everyday they spent 2 or even 3 hours on the road. Building new amenities can lead to the saving time of individuals due to the fact that everything they need will in the new residential area. For example, in 2024 Kazakhstan decided to build new neighborhood area in the former countryside near Almaty because lack of houses, and nowadays, local people of former countryside enjoying of new residential area because they have new workplaces new career prospects.
In conclusion, if there is a problem of lack of residential areas, the government should build new homes in the country side, because there is positive progress also for local residents and for people who suffered from lacking of houses.
