In families with poverty, children have a responsibility to work part-time and study as well.
The main advantage is that the children will gain more practical experience and become fully independent. As a result, they would be well-prepared to face the work-related challenges and difficulties they will have in their future life. Thereby, due to their gained experience, they will be able to set up their own business, achieve financial success and provide their families with necessary funds.
As regards disadvantages, most of the children may face problem related to advancement. They might not have enough time to be able to complete study obligations such as homework or some additional tasks, that can lead to the lack of progress. For instance, children have a leisure time after study cossumation, but instead of doing hometasks, they spend this time on working. To progress, many of them effectively balance time for completing tasks and working.
Moreover, children may be considerably tired while trying to focus on study and work, because they are not physically capable of doing work activities in such early age. Consequently, they would not have sufficient energy to perform in either area that can affect their education performance and overall well-being.
To conclude with, children who have to work part-time, while focusing on study as well, are more independent and experienced in work. However, they might have some health-related problems due to the fatigue.
