Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Technological advancements have enhanced the way of transportation in today’s World. Now people prefer to travel by using high-speed trains, airplanes or electric vehicles, and this had changed the way people used to travel earlier. Use of advanced means of transportation can save time, offer more comfort but the cost might increase.

High-speed trains, and airplanes are widely used for travelling by people nowaday, because these modes can save time. Earlier people need to travel for 1 to 2 days to cover up-to 1000 kilometers of distance, but now it only take 3 to 4 hour by using high speed train. This makes the people more efficient, like one person can attend morning meeting in Beijing and then he can also attend his evening meeting in Shanghai by travelling on the high-speed train or aeroplane. Advanced modes of transportation can also offer better comfort, as people travelling by plane or high-speed railway feel less distressed. Now, even electric cars have seats with massagers, heating, and cooling pads.

Using the advanced mode of transportation comes with an increased cost as well, because the cost of ticket of high-speed train is two times higher than the low speed train or by bus. The report published by the China Railways said that average salaried person prefer to travel by ordinary train because of low cost.

In conclusion, we can say that technological achievements have significantly improved the way of transportation and make it more efficient and as well as comfortable, but we can enjoy this by paying more price.
