It has been observed that the structure and roles of families and their members typically change from time to time. These changes occur as positive developments in society, and the reasons for that are as follows:.
Firstly, since the past few decades, women are not only qualifying as much as men, but on the other hand, they are working in industries and markets as well. Nowadays, women’s roles are not limited to the kitchen and children. They can acquire education, training, experience, and skills and achieve their desired job role. For instance, a few decades ago. Ladies of families were not allowed to get out of home and not had the same rights as men of families. But the modern and educated world has given all rights to women, and now they are independent in the world in every way. This led to women’s empowerment in society.
Secondly, the family members are getting smaller year by year. In the past, it was a type of tradition to have more kids and a happy family, and there is no doubt that at that at that time, life was not as good as it is now. But these days, it is observed that there are only 3–4 members in every family. For example, my grandfather, who lived 50 years ago, had 5 kids, and my father and his brother have 3 kids. On the other hand, my elder brother, who married 10 years ago, has only one child. Today’s generation thinks that a smaller family is the root of a happy family. Furthermore, small families helps the government with population control.
In conclusion, I think improvements in families and their jobs are a positive development for society and personal life as well.
