People are prioritizing cars over bicycles in some cities, while in other cities riding bikes is substituting cars. While many citizens prioritize cars due to safety and convenience, others choose bicycles for their benefits to the environment. This essay will examine both transport styles before concluding with my stance that bicycle use is more sustainable.
Individuals usually prioritize cars resulting from their safety. With rapid technological advancement, modern cars equip drivers with a safety procedure and safety systems. By providing drivers specific digital guides on how to protect themselves and others on roads – alongside state-of-the-art safety systems, including seatbelts, airbags, and digital warning, the safety of drivers is therefore enhanced. Such systems can mitigate the severity of unexpected accidents through the inflation of airbags, automatic braking and warning systems. In contrast, some citizens prioritize bicycles due to their benefits to the environment. Pollution is becoming increasingly severe within cities, posing a threat to individuals’ quality of life, specifically health. In efforts to address this issue, many people choose to ride bikes to mitigate carbon emissions which cars discharge to the environment. Moreover, residents utilize this transport to enhance their physical endurance and well-being in the era that their health is increasingly damaged by pollution.
Despite substantial benefits that cars offer, I remain convinced that prioritizing bicycle uses is a more sustainable development. While cars offer enhanced safety, they simultaneously discharge carbon and toxic gas that significantly affect our health. Such a situation implies that cars affect our health in another way, despite the security they provide. Prevalent bike use can reduce poisonous gas cars emit, as well as promoting sustainable development and improving public health. Concerns regarding traffic safety can be diminished through the enhancement of traffic awareness and the obedience of traffic laws rather than using the vehicles that affect our health in alternative ways.
In conclusion, people prioritize cars for their safety, while some choose bicycles due to their environmental friendliness. While both viewpoints are valid, I remain convinced that bicycle use is more sustainable and beneficial to society and the environment, and traffic safety can be secured through abiding traffic laws and raising traffic awareness.
