However, in few nations industries give permission to their team to work from home, while, for others, it is compulsory to work in an office. Moreover, it is also beneficial for employers and employees as it is considered as time saving, they could save their time which is spent by them on commuting to office.
On the flip side, some industries restrict to work in an office owing to the fact that few managements only run systematically in work places. Firstly, numerous works demand physical availability of masses who are working in those firms. For instance, a hospital industries one of the organizations which might not be possible to do treatment of their patients by online or at home. Secondly, when a person does virtual work, it might be difficult for him/her to concentrate and refrain to distraction by their family members.
To conclude, work from home not only increase income of any organization but also saves much time which they invest on travelling to work place. Apart from this, some organizations require their staff at office place for better performance. Also staff face many challenges while doing work from home.
