Popularity of the vegetarian diet increases in some parts of the world. Many people believe that advantages of this surpasses its disadvantages. This essay strongly argues with this phenomenon. Because even though it has a benefit in people’s vegetable consumption, it may lead to a inadequate nutritioning in individuals’ eating habits.
First and foremost, the real question is: ” Why does people can not take enough nutritions in the vegetarian diet?” So the answer is on the meat, meats are not foods which only contain protein. Meats are where people take most of their daily vitamins, collagen, and all other essentials for human body. For example, collagen is crucial for the face and knee health, and the simplest, cheapest, and healthiest way to access to the collagen passes from meat. For this reasons, in my point of view the vegetarian diet is more harmful than how healthful it is.
Besides this significant and important disadvantage, obviously it has one major benefit: increase in the vegetable consumption. Many people does not eat enough vegetables throughout their life, especially when they are children, which is the ‘development process’. Because of this eating habits individuals might face bad blood rates. This is where the vegetarian diet shows up, vegetarian diet increases people’s vegetable consumption and fixes these blood rates. For example, green vegetables contains the most amount of c vitamine as well as oranges; for this reason, they are crucial for human-life, so vegetarian diet helps people to get enough c vitamine.
To conclude, this essay disagrees with the school of idea which believes vegetarian dies is healthy in general. From my perspective, situation is the opposite. Due to the meat’s essentiality for human beings, people must leave space for meat in their eating schedule. On the other hand, of course it has a important advantage: higher vegetable consumption.
