Some people argue that renting houses have more advantages than buy it. i believe that buying houses have more privileges that renting.
Firstly, renting houses may suit people who have not constant job and people who like change they locantion or travel within country. people who inclined to change jobs often can prefer rent rather that buy house becaus they often cannot know where place their next job. For their comfort people can find home near the job and just rent it. Some people like travel in countries, they want today stay here, but tomorrow they want move to on other city. Often peolpe like them prefer rent houses. they can choose house location, style, how much rooms it have and what kind of furniture it have.
On the other hand, renting houses have some disadvantages as regulatory stress on the part of the landlourd and vulnerable financial situation. People who rent houses often have pressure from house owner. The reason is payment, the tenant might pay the cost later than usualy. As a result, the relationship between them may deteriorate and later worsen and be strained. Tenant in majority situations have weakness finance like small salary and countinue to live from paycheck to paycheck. This can cause stress, which can later lead to chronic diseases. For example, people who live in rented house and have not opportunities to pay rent at any time may come under pressure from the landlourd, which will eventuallly lead to stress.
in conclusion, renting houses have advantages like freedom of movement and the opportunity to choose a place to live near work. but i think that renting houses may come some problems as dependence on the leadlord and it can be reason to stress.
