No one can deny that rent houses is more comfortable rather that buying them. It has both positive and negative aspects. In this essay, I will discuss the arguments supporting the main advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, many people believe that rent a house has many benefits. The most widespread are that you can live in the house or flat of your dreams by simply paying a monthly fee. For example cost of house is 900,000$ and not many people can afford to purchase it, but at least 40% of people can rent this house paying 3,000$ monthly. Therefore if you renting a house you already have full furnitures and equipments, which makes renting even more attractive. Consequently it is really attractive offer, specially if you a student or employee in another city or country.
On the other hand, there are also some disadvantages. The most important is that if you wanna go to the holidays to another country for a long time, you still need to pay a rent because otherwise you will lose your accommodation. Also if you are student sometimes you will have to share your accommodation with other people, what makes you feel uncomfortable. As a result renting accommodation sometimes may cause inconvenience.
In conclusion, I believe that rent a house has more advantages because it can offer more benefits than drawbacks. Also renting can make your life more easier especially if you live in another country.
