Some people tend to work much harden than others. This is mainly caused by several factors, and I believe that working hard is generally positive habit as it can help people achieve their goals and improve their lives.
One main reason why some people work harder is that they have clear goals and strong motivation. People who want to earn more money, build successful careers or support their families may be willing to spend more time and effort on their work. Another contributing factor is competition. For example, employees who want to get award may work harder than colleagues in order to show their skills and achieve higher results. As consequence, having clear goals and competition can encourage people to put more effort into their work.
Working hard is mainly positive habit as it can lead to better opportunities and personal development. Hard-working people are likely to improve their skills and achieve their goals and gain the respect of others. For instance, a student who regularly studies and completes extra tasks may achieve better academic results and have more opportunities in the future. However, working excessively can also cause stress and tiredness, especially when people do not have enough time for rest. In my opinion, working hard is beneficial as long as people maintain healthy balance between work and personal life.
In conclusion, although some people work harder than because their goals, motivation and competition, I believe that this is generally a positive habit.
