Nowadays, in some regions, one of the most important issues is the significant rise in the number of women who are willing to be in demanding job like police officers or an army. Some people think that female have this right, while others believe that these group of people are not suitable for such jobs. In my opinion, the effectiveness of each approach depends on the specific circumstances of each a country.
On the one hand, for a variety reasons, it would be wrong for ladies to work in these tough careers. firstly, women have less physical abilities compared to men. Due to having some genetic issues, they do not have enough strong hormones so they are less capable to achieve their goals. For instance, men can hold more than 70 to 80 kg of weight, so they are better in arresting criminals. In addition, they are very sensitive and emotionally vulnerable and they might not tolerate difficulties and horror situations like fetal accidents. As a result, the men have better physically and mentally potential.
On the other hand, I somewhat agree with those who say ladies have the equal rights in these jobs. On of the remarkable points is that in some countries, like Iran, it is oppose the rules to touch the bodies of criminal women by men. So, these situations should be done by female. Moreover, if we look at the World War II, we can see the significant influence of women in critical decisions.
In conclusion, it seems to me that it would be better, on balance, the government can use ladies in particular situations that they need a girl. Besides, they prevent them from being harmed in real crime scenes.
