A substantial number of people argue that women need equal rights as men mainly in jobs like police officers or a commander, whereas some opine that they should not do such jobs.
It is strongly believed by some that women should get equal treatment as men in various jobs. The prime reason behind this belief is due to the fact that they believe in women’s potential. To elaborate, there are many historic events in the past that shown the power of a women, for example rani Lakshmi bai was one of the greatest Queen in India who fought with British fearlessly, also she was a wife and mother at the same time. This shows the strength of a women who can carry all sorts of responsibilities. Moreover, these warriors inspired many, therefore women nowadays are well educated and can prove their stamina in any field of work.
Nevertheless, it is paradoxically believed by some others that women are not suitable for commanding jobs. They have a perspective that they are not as strong as them physically. To be precise, men have well build body and sudden reacting sense compared to women which helps them to caught the criminal or firing a gun. Apart from that, they think that men have more emotional capacity than them which is an essential part of a mission.
Having analysed both the above mentioned views, I am inclined to believe that women should receive equal treatment as men. This can encourage many to fullfill their ambition as a police officer or as an Army.
