Individuals assume about creating an ideal society, but fail in many times to making this happen. In my opnion, rules and regulations can do maintain an ideal society.
On the one hand, citizen often think about creating an ideal society. For example, people believes if the government maintain the rules and regulations. An ideal society should create the people involvement. Person also create the rules. Moreover, if the crime rate are reduce. As a consequences, if the government provide the better eduaction. Create an ideal society to educate the people who lives in urban areas. City areas people lives also contribute tho create an ideal society.
On the other hand, people think that most of the times fail in making this happened. Because, governmnet and individuals cannot do anything for an ideal society. People are not follow the rules. Basically, it can be fail in many times. As a result, the crime incidence are increased. It caused the education system is poor. In Cities, there are very noisy vechiles caused the pollution.
In conclusion, it can be said that an ideal society create to improve many techniques. The reason is the fail many times, due to misunderstanding and miscommunication of the society. In my views, create an ideal society people are also played the important role as well as government should play the significance role.
