In few countries the body weight of people is raising as a result thier physical fitness and health are affected. I totally aggree with the statement, in this morden world many factors affect peoples health especially obesitey and lack of fitness. This essay discuss about the various reasons for the increase in people’s average body weight and preventive measures that can be take to avoid this.

In recent years, the overall body weight of both male and female is gradually increasing in some nations, particularly in the developed nations due to unhealthy food habits like fast foods and less involvement in physicall activities. Furthermore the drastic change in our work culture and advancements in the technologies that ease our life also contributes to this issue. As a result almost two third of the people including children are obese and having a risk of heart diseases. For instance, one of my cousin, who is 22 years old. He consumed junk food after his work regularly for two years.Consequently, he became obese moreover he is in the risk of many disease.

Obesity is not an untreatable disease, it is just a state of your body where we gained more weight than the usual. There are many solutions, following strict diets can be the first and foremost step. The diet, certainly doesn’t mean to be filled only with vegetables which do not taste good enough. There are healthy food which tastes better, especially people who likes chicken can consume it on thier diet. The key is to cut excess oil and sugar from our diet. In addition to the diet, we need to do some physical activities like gyming, swimming and jogging. There could be some special cases where the above measures won’t help us especially people with excessive obesity Indeed they can be treated with fat-removal surgeries to reduce thier body weight. For example, David goggins, who is a officer in American navy. In his young age, he had a bad food habit which completely filled with junk food and soft drinks. As a result he was obese, but then with strict food diet and workout he was able to reduce his body weight and even he clear the navy training.

In conclusion, with todays food habit and work culture many people eat more and move less and this results in obesity and other health problems. Having a proper balanced diet and involving a moderate physical activity would help us to maintain the body weight.
