Band 6+: In some countries, there is not enough recycling of waste materials (e.g. paper, glass, and cans). What are the reasons and solutions?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Environmental awareness is the most important thing nowadays. There are different countries that do not have any significant infrastructure for recycling and have a lack of environmental awareness among residents. To cope with these stated matters there are some steps which should be taken, like investment in recycling technologies and spreading awareness to people about the benefits of recycling.

The first reason for less recycling waste is the inappropriate infrastructure, Many countries do not have any specific community or proper measurements for waste recycling due to their lack of spending on the technologies. This results in heavy pollution in the country which may have worsened effects on health of well-being. Furthermore, in underdeveloped countries due to a lack of education and awareness people do not consider this issue necessary, Which, results in an increase in the number of waste at disposal without even thinking about restoring it. For instance, in a poor country if there is no appropriate infrastructure or awareness of recycling the country may face a heavy amount of pollution from wastage, which results in an outbreak of many harmful diseases.

There are certain measures which may be taken into consideration for solving the issue. Initially, the main solution for the trouble is to make reasonable spending on the infrastructure. The government should consider this issue important and take steps, which include more spending on the latest technologies. Furthermore, the government should launch campaigns to educate people about waste recycling and steps to reduce waste. To exemplify, the government should initiate special programmes and aware people of this concern, So they should take the required steps to reduce wastage.

In conclusion, for a better environment and to stop this growing concern about recycling waste, The government have to take specific measures and also spread awareness among residents to resolve this matter.
