The issue of retirement age has long been a Subject of debate, as dfferent sectors impose varying age limits for retirement. while most salatred workers retire at 60, educators may Continue working until they are 70, & politicians often remain in power well in to their sos. In my opinion, there should be a strick retirement after the age of 60.

Firstly, as they have work for lo many years, they have gain excellent work records, extensive expetience & knowledge. But as the age increases their performance begins to decline. This will make the productivity of company to decline.
