Agricultural activities have thrived nowadays. However, there are various societies around the world that still suffered in poverty, and it could be causes by several problems. Thus, this essay will examine how this might be seen as a problem while propose a solution for it.
People who are famines are customarily encountered in developing countries. Although there are significant improvements in technology for agriculture, there are lack of qualities from the farmers or those who have the authority to produce agricultural goods. Consequently, those products are unable to be sold in the market, which make the society cannot obtain what they entail. Moreover, the governance might be unaware of the impact that could be caused by poor agricultural products. They only invest their money on agricultural technology, but they did not concern about their citizens, which can therefore decrease their economic situation in the world’s market competition.
However, I firmly convinced that there is a solution which can be done as a preventative method, and the governments play a pivotal role to solve this essential issue. The first thing that can be done is shifting their focus into agriculture problems. For instance, governments should be involved in maintaining and increasing the quality of the products by establishing a program to the farmers or the agricultural producents and give them a proper training session. Furthermore, they can reduce their country’s taxes and increase the number of import and export goods from other countries, therefore reducing the number of hungry people in their nation.
