Decades ago, technology was not able to decrease humans work load, however nowadays factory developments developed suprisely rapid and reliable. Nevertheless that advantage’s has benefits and bad affects.
One of the most important affect is impact to humans workload. Before the First World War, every job’s workload is frustrating whilst these days we cannot say anything about that because there is have not like that load but maybe we can talk about monitoring and controlling skills to machines, so like that company’s needs is qualified personal and they are paying these employees more than before.
On the other hand we should talk about some bad affects which is unemployment and some other connected with that subheadings. Company’s using technology and they don’t need anymore human power, one machine doing easily more than a hundred human’s work, and even if you have chance to find any job, they will pay really low salary and there is zero other bonuses. Likely people searching second jobs, like uber or washing dishes at restaurants, however they cannot able to live with over workload jobs, and more likely they will have disease or psychlogical problems.
There is a no advantage to work two or more jobs, and that is frustrating.Goverment and company’s should not forget, they are human and they have needs and also they deserve better opportunities.
In conclusion in my perspective, before people are working one job and using only human power for low income but these days qualified personal’s lifes easier and getting high income which is they are deserve that. But someone still using human power and that is not enough to live cause of that they are working second job for more money however with that psyhcological problems comes and this is a serious problem for them and society.
