Band 4+: Increasing no. of skilled and qualified people are leaving their home-country for other nations.

The rise of skill candidates are migrating to abroad is one of the major problem that the world is facing today. If immediate and serious measures are not taken to tackle this scourge, the consequences would be unimaginable. However, in order to find the right remedies, the real reasons must be unearthed.

There are several reasons for hike of educated people are migrating to foreign country. The most important reason is unemployment opportunities. There are innumerable cases that stand indisputable testimony to it. For instance, as per survey, Skilled people are not interested to do job in separate sector. Even, if they are working different field they are not paying a good package.

This problem can be curtailed. Firstly, I firmly believe to increase job market with minimum hike related to their profession. In same way, government should develop their country and improving the companies. Moreover, to give new ideas for their development in business field.

limited to a certain quota, therefore In conclusion, to a certain point, I would agree with the migration policy of some rich countries which accept skilled people from developing countries. However, I also believe that the policy should also be not all of the best people from the poor countries leave their nations. It is obvious that the poor countries also need their best people to develop their countries.
