Band 4+: Individual today have more information about health then at anytime in the past yet people are increase suffering from fitness and diet related disease why this happening? What can be done to prevent it?

In this modern society people are moving faster to this world, so people are not focusing on fitness and diet because of technology, changing food habits and changes in working time, due to the work,people does not concerned about their health. This reason is affected by people mentally and physically.

According to the one portion, in past decade people went to regular work which made them fit and healthy, but today many works are connected with technology, which make them lazy. Even though, it is mainly affected by IT people because they are only spending time on a system in a particular place it causes disease to health. In addition, many individuals have improper food and exercise on their leisure time. For instance, some people ate much junk food,which has created an obesity problem.

On the other hand, a multi-faceted approach is necessary. Firstly, schools should have conduct comprehensive health programs that teach children about nutrition, excercise and food habits that are educated from a young age. Even, if everyone should have taken in vegetables and fruits for their daily lives, it would make them healthier lifestyles. Second, individuals must take responsibility for their own health. Such as making time for regular exercise, cook for oneself, avoiding the junk food, and checking the health from healthcare professionals are essential steps.

To summarise, in this essay, we discussed the rise in fitness and diet-related disease. In today’s world, the world is moving faster, so people eat alot of junks; it is causing disease in their health. And multiple way are introduced to prevent their health.
