People have different opinion about whether the international sports events such as Olympic Games or football World Cup can be expensive for our country. While other think this is wasted money, I believe that it contributes our country to be famous, and it has a positive effect for sport and football academies.
On the one hand, to host an international sports events has positive effect for countries. Firstly, football academies from other countries will look for players from our countries. Moreover, If we throw sports events in famous city, the number of tourist will increase which has positive effect for economical growth. However, a lot of people travel who to the host countries will spend money on accommodation, food and hotel which will increase government or countries budget.
On the other hand, to host an international sports events waste of money, and has negative effects for infrastructure. Firstly, infrastructure requires buildings such as stadium, hotel and transportation system which demands billions of dollars. In addition, the number of people increases and city, park or historical places can be polluted or destroyed.
In conclusion, although other think it has a negative effects such as waste of money or damage nature, my view is that it is good for our young sportsmen.
