It is advised to the resident to pursue a full time studies till they reach their adulthood. The main benefit of this is developing opportunities to know about different existing traditions and guide them to find their study of interest; however, the key drawbacks are not providing good academic structure and economic pressure.

It creates a chance for the youth to explore various cultures by communicating with their co-partners which will sharpen their knowledge. As a result, there will be a decrease in unnecessary conflicts in the community. Furthermore, it helps them to discover their area of interest. Institutes provide multiple courses and options for the scholars to choose based on the convenience which eventually decreases the dropout rate in the countries. For instance, a person whose goal is to become an artificial intelligence engineer will pursue engineering programs with complete determination to achieve his/her dreams.
However, if the education system is not up to the mark it can create a negative environment for the students. As many places focus only on the textbook information rather than giving youth any space for any self development and growth. Another disadvantage is the financial burden on the parents to pay term fees to the colleges. Right from the primary schooling, the annual pricing of the schools are placed at a very high level which cannot be afforded the citizens. For instance, a family in a developing nation might struggle to afford tuition fees, textbooks, and living expenses associated with an extended education program.
In conclusion, it can be beneficial to address citizens to complete a full-time education considering a change in experience of understanding and finding passion but a potential issue which needs to be kept in mind is building an environment for advancement.
