Some people believe that long vacation can have advantages for both sides: workers and employers. Personally, I completely agree with this view because longer vacations rise the productivity level, and hold team stable in their postions.
Having longer holidays can be beneficial for both employers and workers, because it increases productivity. I believe that if they have more time to rest, they will also have time to recover from work-related stress and mental fatigue. Therefore, employees return with better concentrarion, make fewer mistakes, and work more effectively. For instance, an employee who works under pressure for months may become mentally exhausted, but after taking a longer holiday, they might return with greater concentration and motivation to complete tasks.
Another advantage of longer holidays is that they may retaining employees, which is also beneficial for enterpreneurs too. When they have a great work-life balance, they can maintain their personal lives, spend more time with families and because of that, they would have a greater job satisfaction. As a result, workers may be less likely to leave their positions, which can reduce the expences on finding and training new staff for employers. For example, companies with staff turnover are probably given less rest days, while those who are given longer, may have stable staff for years.
In conclusion, I do believe that giving more time to rest works in a long way and can be profitable for both sides of the workplace since they return from vacation more productive and remain stable in the job place.
