It has positive concequence for both employers and employees, in case, where employers take longer time offs. I have partial believement about that, because employees mostly have benefits after a long rest, especially for further work time, whereas employers don’t really have any priveliges from their staff’s vacation .
On the one hand, employees, who are having long holiday, apparently are getting advantages of it. Like after getting rest, they tend to have have better work concentartion and come up with ideas, that bring lots of goods to the company obviously. Furthermore, rest is vital for every employee in order to maintain mental health, so employees have the legal right to request a leave for some period of time. Despite the fact, that worker is considered to have some kind of satisfaction from time off, however employers don’t reaaly get much of it.
On the other hand, employers don’t have the opportunity to get the same benefits from their worker’s long holiday, especially in case of paid leave, when eployee recieves a salary, even though without working. In that situations, company still is required to maintain productivity and of course, ensure continuity of operations, yet with less employees. In that position, eployer has no more thing to do rather than redistributing worload among the team. The result for employer is far from facile, nonetheless, work needs to be done anyway.
As a conclusion, there are pluses not for everyone in one field, the balance of work life is like that, one covers for the other one, so that is why I personally think that it isn’t profitable for the both sides.
