In modern society, people concern about their current and future job and is a growing topic of debate. It is often argued that it is greater to live without work rather than working in unpleasant place. In this essay, I will dicuss both perspectives before explaining why I agree entirely view.
First and foremost, for unemolyments who are sitting in the house has their own drawbacks such as problem with salaries and income. If people do not hard work today even they do not quite fond of exact currently job, it will be negative effect for amenities in long-term period of time. For instance, individuals who do not have permanent work, it may be leads to sedentary lifestyle. Since, they will sit in the house a large amount of time without work, it might cause seriously desiseas; besides citizens get used to life without any control, they would adopt to laziness and procrastination habitats. Consequences, people sometimes feel burnout in staying always one place and living repetitive life.
Secondly, people need personal freedom to their perspectives, especially with employment. Because, if people know about their personality and flexibility towards job they can choose and make their brain themselves. Moreover, they can encourage own morale and provide opportunity to develop independently without salaries and would appear confident by own effort. Additionally, if individuals work there, where government offer them, there will be pressure and short-term dedline, which employers cannot feel better themselves. Even though they work in unfavouable place the aim will be only profit or income, in contrast, people who work without dependent for general work, can earn money and will boss for own head. For example, nowadays students graduate university, after ending they do not work exact what they study, and seek job such as waiter, courier, because they do not like the profession and study due to scholars. Subsequently, shortage of professionals is increasing from day to day.
In conclusion, although working in the unfavourite job provides the money and permanent place to work, quitting this work and encourage whole conditions by own is better. I strongly believe that, if person work independently , they can achieve the most great result.
