Some people want to be self-employed rather than work for someone else. I completely agree with the idea that owning a business is a better choice.
Working as an employee brings many drawbacks. One noticeable reason is that workers have a lack of control over their work. They have to do all the things you are assigned and do not have enough free time. As a result, they often do not know when they can take their own time and recharge new batteries. This makes them feel bad about their personal lives, causing stress or depression. Another reason is that it is hard to find good job opportunities. There can be too many competitive labour markets, so workers may be struggling to work and earn money to cover their living expenses.
There are some good reasons to build up your own business rather than to work for someone else. Firstly, running one’s own company can make them feel free to work. They can be their own boss and choose what is better for their business. In this way, it gives them chances to be more creative, so they can work with love and joy to produce good services or products. Secondly, owning a company can help them control their finances. Knowing all the resources available for materials or funds for a company’s projects, they can make better decisions about building up or investing to make companies grow with more good opportunities.
In conclusion, my view is that building a company on your own gains more benefit, and it can also give the owners a happier life.
