Nowadays, city living makes it hard to stay physically active. However it caused their mentally and physically. This essay will look at the core reasons for this and propose some solid solutions.
One of the main causes of the problem is that sedentary lifestyles.By this I mean many city people have jobs that involve sitting for long periods and they may also spend a lot of time sitting during their daily life. For example, Bangalore City has more IT professionals their spend too much time in companies and sitting long hours. This will affect them to obesity problem. The solution is for this take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk or bike to work or do a quick work out during lunch breaks.
Another problem is that lack of green spaces. This is to say to that cities often have limited parks and green areas , making it difficult for people to find spaces to exercise or engage in physical activity. As a result.city people are more lazy to workout or do physical activities. To tackle this issue find creative ways to use city spaces, such as running or doing yoga in a park or using a fitness app that guides you through a workout in a small space.
A third cons of effect is that, busy schedules. To be more precise, city life can be fast paced, leaving people with little time to prioritize exercise. For instance,In Japan people are working in busy schedules they didn’t do any physical activity,so government authorities give particular time for physical activities like cycling, running etc.The way forward could be treat exercise as a non-negotiable part of daily routine, just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower, set a specific time and day to exercise and stick to it.
To sum up, why city people are struggle to incorporate physical activity into their daily life, due to the reasons such as sedentary lifestyles, lack of green spaces, and busy schedules. This is a serious problem and unless incorporate activities into daily life, utilize urban spaces and shedule exercise. My view is that the main responsibility for solving the problem lies with individual responsibility to maintain their health.
