Industrialisation and technological upheaval have created a wide range of job markets where different types of categories demand various strata of wages.Some employees charge a lot because of their job responsibility required such amount of salaries.They may have more demand than others.I totally subscribe with the fact that the personnel have managing,organising and have ability to do hard work for the company earns more than others.
To illustrate the statement precisely,Chief executive officers are the person who ultimately handles the main part of any company.Other employed just work under him or her.So a CEO required more wages because their duty has a wider portion in a company.Basically in our society brain work is more hard in contrast to physical work.Physical work some time also require high rage of salary,though there is some dispute about this matter that intense brain work supersede the concept of earning in a company.
However,i agree that equal wages create a sustainable job environment,although hard working personnel require special facilities than others.Some time high acceptance jobs that earn more to facilitate different in country wise.For example,In Asia plumber,care giver,driving jobs give low range wages than western country like Europe,American,Australia so on.
To sum up,i considered that labour intensive jobs sometimes earn the minimum range of salary than the jobs that require Brain work,have technical assistance, managing capacity.I strongly believe that these two sectors(barin work and physical work) require equal appreciation to enhance any one skill properly and maintain a company good will.
