It is argued that multinational businesses should give more wage to Chief Executive Officer than other workers. I totally agree with this opinion because of different salary procedures ensure that increasing performance to employees and chief executive officer have more responsibilities than other employees.
Every fresh graduate want to excellent career but also a good salary is crucial for at the same time. If don’t have any authority to salary procedures in businesses, anybody want to become a chief executive officer. So, every employees add a value and increasing performance to become a chief executive officer and receiving a huge amount of salary. For example, some group of employees not expected to advance next step in career, eventually can be affect their effectiveness negative way.
The another reason is that chief executive officer have wider range of roles and functions. While other employees have just one or two operational job for their unit, chief executive officer manage every problems, controlling financial situation, making decision for long terms, competing competitors and continuing companies sustainabilities. For instance, chief executive officer agreed a new application about customer complaint and this application cost is 1.000.000 USD. But another employees daily transaction cost is 100 USD.
To sum up, I totally agree that huge companies should pay more salary to company presidents than the other officer because this situation affect companies and employeess performance positively way and the other reason is that chief executive officer have critical role and add more values for companies.
