In recent years, teachers’s salaries always becomes a controlversal topic. Some people said that it’s too low that teachers cannot deal with their life, but others agree that, it shouldn’t get high due to the main reason to become a teacher that to educate people with all causes. To have a wise look, let’s analysize two sides of the problems, about the quality of education and teachers’ salaries.
To increase the quality of education, this is a needable problem. The world chances are getting wiser, people nowadays can easily connect with each other from all around the world. To have the best connection, we need a better educational base, we need the knowledge and language, and the best way to have it, we need education. It’s not just come from individuals, it should be come from the education of a country. In addition, the quality of education have to increase in what causes.
About the teacher’s salaries, the economic is getting higher, the salaries are also the same, that’s why same as the teacher’s. Teacher is not volunteer, it’s a job, and that job should pay enough for their life, it’s not the problem of quality of education, it’s the remuneration policy for teachers.
In addition, I agree that, we should increase the quality of education and increase teacher’s salaries at the same time, it’s not just because of the impact they can get on each others, it’s based on the needable of social.
