Education plays vital role to lift up nation from poverty. As some people opine that teachers deserve high amount of money to improve the quality of education. I totally agree with the notion as educators spend chunk of money to gain degrees and get ready next generation to compete with competitive world. I will elucidate my point of view in upcoming paragraphs.
To commence with the former view, getting a university degree is not required only dedication but also lot of motivation. Teachers have been spend their value of time to study abroad or big cities which required big amount. Therefore, their salaries should be higher than cost of study. For example, every year million of student had been spent on study ,so in return they could pay well. Thus, Pay cheque might be increased.
Moreover, educators are being prepared next generation. As people are living in 21st century where competition has been increased. Teachers not only give their precious time to student but also mixed their personal and professional life to give children extra classes. So, children could pass with flying colors. Therefore, Salaries should be higher for teachers.
In conclusion, I want to restate that spending a big amount of money on education and preparing next youth of the country, teachers pay should be more , so more people could join teaching line in order to improve the quality of education.
