Some people argue that increasing teachers salary is the best way toward better education system . However , i believe that it is not the only solution but it can increase the quality in some extends.
On the one hand , nowadays money plays crucial rule on every area except education . For example there is fee-paying school which are teaching children better than most public schools , as everyone knows wages are higher therefore there is competitions among teachers, and schools recruits best ones . Furthermore , there is low demand for jobs with low salaries , there will not be any competitions as the result people with a good knowledge will not choose the job , schools accepts every candidate without testing . Increase in wages of teachers attracts and encourages people to be good teacher .
On the other hand , there are a lot of steps to achieve high quality education and most people do not think only money can solve it . In current century developing rate is really high therefore we always need to adapt to it and change the system – if there is need for it . For instance , in most countries school system is really old and it would be very boring for new generations . To solve the problem we need to generate new schools for them . Moreover , in education there is an important figure and it stays at the center of the education circle ”Teacher” . If we invent special degrees for teachers , increase their not only knowledge but also their techniques then we can achieve the goal .
In conclusion , increase in wages of teachers increases competition among teachers and will be effective for education but it is not the best way for it but up to date systems and special educated teachers can lead as towards high quality education .
