In this concurrent world, many people believe that public transport is only means for travelling in such areas. I think that this is a positive development for the environmental benefits because it reduces the environment pollution, while there are some negative impacts also of this which are not to be ignored. In the essay, I will discuss pros and cons and give reasons of it.
To begin with, using public transport is very convenient and this transport plays vital role for reducing emissions (pollution) so it is good development. Furthermore, people should rely on public transport because it can be helpful to reduce such gases which are produced by private vehicles. In other words, if people use more public transportation rather than private vehicles it will directly get good impact on environment. For example, in recent survey it has been noted that in future the temperature will rise because of Co2 gases. Therefore, government should enhance and encourage people to use public transport. In addition to that, public transport has cheaper price so all people can use it and it will also protect environment.
On the paradoxical side, public transport also has negative impacts because of uncomfortably and inconvenience of public transport. In that, many people complain about their services they are not satisfied with public transport facility. Furthermore, in that people have to wait sometime for an hour for being late of public transport, likewise people wait for taxi and buses for an hour and it is caused sometime by uneven roads and bad weather and because of that people cannot reach at their destinations on their desired time. For instance, so people sometime also get exhausted by loud noise of public transport and lack of space in taxi and buses.
In conclusion, it is more believed that using taxi and buses are the positive development and also beneficial for reducing harmful gases in the atmosphere, while sometime it will get negative impact because of waiting for an hour’s for public transport.
