Moreover, people working out of their motherland may not adapt to a new environment when they initiate wroking because they do not have a solid understanding of another countries and nationalities. Another main reason why people working in other countries with their families struggle to work there is because of missing the motherland. For example, Uzbek migrants in Russia always miss Uzbekistan, and they want to return after some months.
A primary reason why people these days settle in foreign countries with their families is associated with job opportunites and higher salaries. Furthermore, people have better job opportunities like promotion at work or increasing the amount of salaries if they work in other countries. For example, in Germany, migrants work in a farm and find thousand of dollars which is more than enough for them to live and grow. Additionally, students can study at prestigious colleges if their parents go to developed countries for working. For example, in the USA, students from other countries have better opportunities to study at prestigious colleges like Ivy League universities.
In conclusion, while working in other countries with family members can be a reason to miss the homeland and have cultural shock, its benefits are more important for migrants and their children such as job opportunities and studying at good colleges.
